Toilet Fittings
Toilet fittings are built to help many processes in bathroom such as waste removal, cleaning, air ventilation and many more things. Most of them are small and combined into a bigger tool to serve hygiene in bathroom. If they are installed properly, bathroom experience does not go bad for a long time. Making the right choise is done by an expert plumber most of the time. After prolonged usage, toilet fittings start showing weakness signs such as leaking, noisy processing and similar. Again, they are fixed by expert plumbers to save time and effort but this rarely happens when you have VISAM products.
One of the first salient fittings is a toilet seat. Nearly everyone has one on their toilet bowl because it makes a buffer volume between cold & rigid bowl and sensitive skin of legs so life becomes easier at times. Its hinged joint makes it easy to open/close when unneeded or needed. There are many (maybe thousands) types of toilet seats around the world to suit peoples' needs, in different colors, different shapes and materials, even ventilated models. Generally they are slammed hard on the bowl so they are expected to be resistant against impacts which is one of properties of VISAM 's duroplast toilet seats.
Another important part of toilets are their cisterns. They consist of several known parts like a flush control arm, overflow pipe, refill tube, inlet valve and flush control arm. Each of these parts play an important role in a toilet flushing act.
For example, flush control arm may not be an arm but be a button or even two buttons for an extra interruption control to have water saving (VISAM concealed cisterns and flushing cisterns have this interruption option) in the flushing process and this type of control mechanisms are called flush plates. Concealed cistern flush plates are quite popular lately.
Overflow pipes serve the purpose of overflow prevention. When water level is higher than needed, excessive water is poured down the pipe and cistern is kept at constant water volume at rest so bath is saved from flood.
Refill tube is there for filling the bowl after each flush so sewer smell doesnt climb the pipes and toilet hygiene is kept at an acceptable level. Without refill tube, bowl's water level drops after flush and air in the sewer system mixes with air of bathroom. Inlet valve's flux is controlled by a float such that water level in cistern excerts buoyancy force on the float and the float pushes or rotates the inlet valve control mechanism to alter inlet speed in inverse ratio with water level. VISAM 's inlet valve products is built by highly experienced engineers so they are silent, efficient and reliable.
